Yeah, about my madness flash...

Well, see, my laptop harddrive melted, and it had been ages since I had backed it up. So I lost my intire library of symbols. Soooooo, It's gonna be a while.

In other news.

I'm bored.

I beat KH 1 and 2, and I got sick of paper mario. So now I'm stuck replaying Baten Kaitos Origins, and bored out of my mind. Ah, well, I think I'll start on the FF series. I heard XII is crap, but buying VII new is verrry expensive. Whatever.

I just want to say this:

Summer homework sucks ass.

I can deal with reading a few books for english. It's when they give me a few books and then two textbooks and three sheets of questions to finish by August. What the hell?

*sigh*

Call me a comic addict, but for the past couple of weeks, I've been reading just about all of the popular webcomics out there. From keeping up with Megatokyo to reading every single PVP strip, I have turned myself into the perfect fangirl. (Yes, I have read Fanboys. I finished a few hours ago).

I can't help it. It started two years ago when my friend introduced me to Megatokyo. I didn't think anything could be so beautiful. Well, like all good web comics, they made a reference to Penny Arcade. Sooooo...

I think you can see where this goes. Penny arcade linked me to a website about other webcomics, and I fell in love with PVP. Then my friend told me about F@nboy$.

Sufficiently nerdy enough for you guys? And if I said I might start a webcomic of my own? You'd just say I was jumping on the bandwagon.

I've been looking for a partner in crime for quite some time, and I never knew that I had one right under my nose for almost three years.

Who is it, might you ask?

Themadmeeper, a crazy friend of mine who works with me. I knew from the moment I met him that he was evil. Not just normal evil, but "I'm gonna burn eternaly in hell, so I better just live life to the fullest now and kill a few animals" evil.

Maybe I'm exagerating.

I don't think it matters.

Anyways, I found out he uses NG, so I signed him on as an evil partner to dilute my nicer disposition. And help me out in the fact that, unlike most animators, I have no shortage of girl voice actors, but not a single guy voice actor.

It sucks.

Anyways, he can't draw, so for my flash, he's going to do any and all sprite animation. I don't have the patience.

So look out for that, and the madness video that I need to get around to actually animating.

I don't want to bitch. I don't want to complain. I don't want to nag. But this is just ridiculous.

To the beginning

I got a Wii for Christmas. Actually, it was sort of a family present. You know, the whole, "the wii's for the family" thing. Yay. It's actually a lot of fun. But I digress.

Everything was cool. I played my games. But then Brawl came. Packed with graphics, loaded with features, it's double-layered disk was too much for my game reader to handle. The Wii went into a game console equivalent of an epileptic fit. NOTHING WORKED! It was horrible...

But, like a good little fan girl, I sent it to be repaired. It took a MONTH, but in the meantime, I bought a PS2, and all was good. (I have to say that KH 1 and 2 are the most emotionally involving games that I have ever played, more so than Mario or Sonic. But that's another rant.)

I got it back. It worked. Yay! Brawl was awesome. Recently, I've been replaying all my old Gamecube games. I was most of the way through Tales of Simphonia (Another great emotional stimulus) when the Wii decided to act up.

I figured out a way to sort of jump start games, but today every single game stopped working. So now I'm screwed. And sending my Wii back to Nintendo.

What I want to know is, "wasn't once enough, you bastards?!?!?"

They already replaced my disk reader once. You might think they would catch on.

My PS2 doesn't have this problem. My Gamecube doesn't have this problem. Hell, my DREAMCAST doesn't have these problems!

The Wii's been out for more than a year! For the love of god, fix the problems, don't patch them!

On a side note

What ever happened to the next gen? U know, the one that nintendo made, and then just DISAPPEARED? Was it that bad? I guess so... Ah, well, we have the Wii... Well, I don't have my Wii... Basterds...

Ha, so I kinda gave up on the sonic shorts. I'm not all that funny, and as for my actually funny shorts, I need a little more skill... That's ok, 'cause I have ideas coming at me at a million miles per hour, a million per minute. And I can't draw or animate fast enough before I get bored and move on. Oh well, you can expect some flash from me soon, so don't worry! (as if anyone reads this)

Well, I asked, and I got into the Sonic Shorts colab! :D My first short is half-way done. Oh, I also have an idea for a kingdom hearts video, so we'll see... ;)

Well, my chem grade for last semester is locked in, so I'm set with a B. But for next semester, I think I'll take Mrs. B up on that flash extra credit... Oh well, well see. :D
